Instead, he took the time to understand what my needs and wants were and shared with me all my available options. Once I made my decision to move forward, their installation process went so smoothly and was right on schedule. I should note that I had turned to Audio -Video Alternative after having a bad experience at a big box store. My only regret was not going to Audio-Video first. "No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"This was an Angie's List deal for $99 for 2 hours of work.  New England Home Theater did an excellent job mounting my tv for me.  I had the tv and the mount already, I just needed someone with the proper tools and experience.  They were very responsive; setting up and confirming my appointment was a breeze.  The installer showed up exactly on time, and was able to get the work done with an unfamiliar mount in no time.  Would definitely work with these guys again.

"Had a problem with flashing lights in the house and called Joe the following morning. He came right out and quickly determined that the main feed to the breaker panel was faulty and needed replacement. Because it was a safety issue, he postponed other work and fixed our issue right away. Additionally, he took what had been a pretty sloppy installation and cleaned it up to be safe and professional. "We were extremely happy with the work, approach and price.  From the very first contact George was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  He came over, did a proper review of the locations where the TV's were to be installed and gave us good idea's and advice on how to hide the boxes in the kitchen together with his written proposal via email.
Also I liked the fact he did not push to supply the various pieces of equipment and was happy for us to choose what he provided versus what we bought and provided.  He gave us good advice on what TV's/Speakers to go for and respected the budget we wanted to work within.
On the day of the job itself George and his co-worker arrived on time, were very tidy and also gave us an accurate estimation of how long it would take to finish the work.  Throughout the process George gave us good advice and wad a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend this company.
