"I contacted the company via email in December and did not get a response but when I sent a second request I got an immediate answer and scheduled an appointment. Emily was prompt and worked efficiently to replace an outlet and run a connection to a light on the deck stairs. Including the trip to Home Depot for supplies, she was involved for 3 hours. She cleaned up for thoroughly when she finished. Although electrical work always seems very expensive, I am pleased with the result."

After receiving the invoice requesting payment I made several attempts to inform them that I would be using my Credit Card/VISA to pay the balance due, however, an online payment method was not provided. I requested their assistance to facilitate payment, asap. finally I received an email reply stating they weren't set up to take Credit Cards as payment but will accept Zelle, Vennmo, cash or check. That contradicts the Angi's page online for MECO. In future hirings, I'll be super vigilant confirming directly rather relying on posted info online.
