Front & Back Yard Landscaping Services in Shoreline, WA

"Awesome communication. Responsive to the scope of our project without add-ons and up-charges. Cleaned it all up before he left. Very fair price."

"I hired this company to complete work not done by a previous company plus additional yard work. They are still working on my yard as there is a lot to do. They gave me a fair price for the amount of labor involved and Norberto's father is great with plants. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Very happy with work done. They were quick, did a good job, and did a good clean up when they were done."

"I hired Eric with P4 construction to install a curtain drain in front of my house. He did a great job. He and his guys showed up on time, everything went as planned, and it was finished in the time he said it would be finished. I had A LOT of bids for this project because I needed it to be done right... I live on a hill and had a water problem that needed a real solution, and my neighbor recently had a drain put in that immediately clogged and doesn't work. Eric's plan made the most sense and was in alignment with my research on what I needed. Some of the other contractors wanted to put in a 2' deep drain, but my water problem went deeper (there's a 5' crawlspace under my porch where water was pouring into). He correctly moved the water out to the side of the house, (combined my gutter into it), and all the way down the hill emptying into a flatter area and into a gravel pit."

"We hired Universal to build our stone patio retaining wall and walk/path around it at our new build. From the very first walk thru Randy was transparent about the vision, budget and timeline to complete the project. We love working with the entire Universal team, they are personable and so mindful and respectful of our property! They completely transformed the area and the entire elevation of the back of our house… it’s amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results!!"

"Showed up on time. Communicated very well. Did a very good job for a very reasonable price."

"Jose and his team at New Leaf Landscaping did a fantastic job. They were on time moved all my trees perfectly."

"They fixed my front lawn-strip. Now it is beautiful with native plants."

"I had a big job and Carlos was the right one to call. His team transformed the back yard in a day and left everything better than I even dared to imagine. They even got a few more helpers at the end of the day to stay on schedule. Simply perfect!"
