"Rob was our technician - wonderful customer service and showed up on time on a last minute Friday afternoon call. A bit more expensive than I'm used to for clearing a drain, but very happy he got it done for us so can't complain. Would use them again for sure!"

"Everyone with this company is so polite and helpful. John and Patrick worked so hard to figure out why my new washing machine wouldn't drain properly. They were determined to figure it out before they had to leave. And they did! Two really hard working, polite, caring young men. I would highly recommend Seaside Plumbing."

"I am writing to warmly recommend Precision Plumbing. They worked with me at Heron Woods Cottages in cleaning up a renovation job left incomplete by an incompetent local contractor. They reported directly to me in my position as Property Manager. They are a highly valued member of the cleanup of this disaster and have made a strong contribution in this job. I put a premium on great work and Precision Plumbing is a natural fit. The owner displayed an eagerness to help and a constructive attitude towards feedback. They quickly gained my respect and trust and are praised for their reliability and collaborative spirit. Precision Plumbing has a passion for quality and had a positive impact across a number of areas on the job site. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Their background and experience should be a good match for your construction project."

"After leaving a message on Angie's List on Saturday, Jim Stephens responded within an hour or so. After exchanging information, he volunteered to make a service call the next day Sunday. Because of my 5-day work week, this was a big relief. On Sunday, he called, as agreed, and asked if he could be at my house in a few minutes. As agreed, he arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problems and, at my request, provided details for solution fix. He had the part in his van and explained how the fix would be done and how it would work. He answered questions and explained clearly and thoroughly. Before beginning the work, he gave me an estimate, which I agreed to. After the work, his stated charge was no more than what his estimate had been. In addition to providing a high-quality solution, he provided, at my request, education about a related issue - the exterior drain for the sump pump. He thoroughly explained how the exterior drain could be extended away from the house to mitigate the fact that the water flow was eroding the soil near the foundation. When Jim left, I was a completely happy customer. I knew that 1) it was not necessary to replace the sump pump and 2) I had the knowledge, going forward, to know how to routinely check and maintain the sump pump functionality. Without hesitation, I can honestly say I will be calling JM Stephens for all my plumbing issues in the future."

"George did a great job. He came the next day to confirm the part needed by taking a photo. A few days later he picked up the part and came to replace the old one. It works great now"

"Sens Service is a quality customer caring plumber from appointment setting to job completion. They will be my plumber to call for all plumbing needs going forward. Thank You Sens!"

"They were very helpful when we were picking out the style and color. We brought home samples to view in our kitchen. The Monday evening the day before our installation they called to say that our quartz slab had cracked and they would have to find another. They even sent us a picture of the slab. Tuesday morning they called to say that they had located another one and that it was being shipped to them that day. They scheduled the installation for that Friday. On Friday morning they arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly. We are very pleased and would use them again."

"The job turned out to be a two day job, which we knew in advance and planned accordingly. Had to totally tear out the old tub and surrounding walls. Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work. He truly does do the work as if it was his own home, even brought the plumbing up to code. Answered any all questions I had with no problems. Will definitely hire them again. Should have done this sooner we are very pleased with everything. Great Job!"
