"First of all, after 5 trips to my house the door is finally right. Salesman came out to measure and match colors. Had to order the door we wanted. Almost two weeks later the installers arrive...with the wrong door. The one we ordered was back at the shop. They said they had to be at another job and didn't have time to go back for the right door. Rescheduled. Came back a few days later and installed door, but not correctly. Did not replace back braces, door popped and creaked when raising and lowering, stop moulding did not go all the way to the ground as it should've and some was broken, brace for opener mounting point not installed. Overall very poor install. Guy came out another day to repair his handy work and still didn't do it correct. I called and complained asking for a different installer to come out. Different installer came out another day to realign door and install new back braces and said he would let the owner know about the other issues. A couple weeks go by and haven't heard from them. We call and complain. The sent someone next day to finish up with the issues. Finally got a nice, functioning door. <br />"
