"After 20 years, our home's original front porch had served us well, but the wood decking, railing and trim all needed to be replaced. We decided to rebuild it using composite materials everywhere, so it will last even longer than the original and will be as close to maintenance free as possible. We picked out exactly the materials and colors we wanted for our new porch and then started looking for a contractor. "The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.

"His worker dug up the hot top. We went to the stone store and picked out what we wanted. Carlos picked up the stone and other necessary materials. We did not have to do anything. He came when he said he would come and finished the job professionally and proficiently. The Walk way is amazing. We are so pleased with it and everyone who sees it complements us on how beautiful it is. Everything was done first class and he and his worker cleaned up everything after they were finished. "We were thrilled with the work that Hector and his crew did on our deck. After 5 years of self-administered staining and much mold on the deck and especially the railings, we were ready to let a pro handle the job. Our deck is large, multi-tiered and made of gorgeous mahogany, but that beautiful wood had gotten lost under the multiple layers of dark-colored stain I had applied over the years. Hectors crew came on time and the power-washing brought the original wood back to life. Hector then advised us to use a transparent stain so that the wood grain itself would shine through after staining. He was absolutely right. The staining happened a few days later and now deck looks like brand new. There were a few areas where the stain had run and discolored the white painted risers beneath the steps. We called Hector and his team came out ASAP and touched up the paint. That's customer service right there. The overall experience was terrific and the job was perfect. Thanks Hector and crew."
