"Fantastic service! We called them Saturday morning because our AC went out and they were here the same day and all was repaired at a very fair price! We couldn't be happier and will certainly use them again."

"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! I would recommend this company to anyone and if you are searching for a new furnace or a/c at a minimum you should give them a chance to earn your business. They are amazing!!!"

"Anthony’s always go above and beyond to endure excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. We have been working with them for 13 years and trust them to make the repairs with least cost to us with all options in the table."

"On time Good customer service Polite Good explanation or issues"

"Service call went very well; while there was some timing issues, the team made it right and got everything sorted out the same day. The team was extremely friendly and did a great job on the install."

"Very professional and was very pleased with Joshua he explained what was wrong and since my problem was a maintenance issue he only charged me for a maintenance service call and not a repair call. I will definitely call them again for my service issues and will be calling in the spring for an ac service maintenance."

"I had the owner Jacob over to the house on more than one occasion. He changed out my blower motor on my central air. He fixed my hot water heater on 2 separate occasions. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater. He installed a complete unit top to bottom including new line sets and proper wiring at a rental house for my sister. I highly recommend this company."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
