"Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again."

"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best. "These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
