They accommodate your schedule and arrive as stated as well as provide update throughout the job time. Very reassuring and takes time to explain all questions. "Paid upfront. Zoom Drain flooded my vacant, rent-ready home by leaving the water on during their work. Flooring destroyed. Took weeks to admit responsibility and now months later there is still no flooring, no insurance contact, and no resolution. Endless delays, excuses, and silence. I?ve lost rental income and had to pull listings. Filing CSLB complaint if this isn?t resolved immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable. This review will be updated once Zoom Drain takes full responsibility and the damage is properly remediated. "
