They were able to demo our bathroom in a day (removal of closet, jetted tub and single sink vanity). They were tidy and made sure to keep dirt and dust off our carpets and newly installed hardwood floors. They were priced lower than the other two estimates and didn't attempt to sell us anything we really didn't need. Would absolutely hire again for any future needs!"

"I wish I could give a great review like all the others because they did some of it very well and I liked their process, but the fact is they did such a lousy job on parts of my shower that every time I use it I have to look at it and it makes me so angry they could not make straight lines, cut in a 45 degree corner correctly, make the shower panels line up evenly, or make my trim symmetrical. They also measured the glass wrong so it didn't fit correctly, and the glass door isn't level and out of plumb. The Onyx material they used is great, but wow, their installation of the shower was really lacking. Mark even agreed it wasn't perfect, but didn't offer to fix it. Sad!"

Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."
