"The plumber from Randy Lane did a good job of the plumbing work and also a very good job of explaining what he was doing. Our house is fairly old and a lot of sections of copper pipe were corroded. As we can not afford to do all of them at once, we had to replace just the pipes and sections that are most corroded and/or leaky. The plumber helped me prioritize which sections should be re-piped now, and which ones could reasonably be watched and replaced in the future. He explained this clearly and without pressure, then when I decided on the best approach he got to work on it. As always, I have confidence in the work that was performed by Randy Lane. Over the years at our previous house and our current one, we've had several different plumbers from Randy Lane perform various types of plumbing work for us, and the work has always been quality.
