"Our water heater died, and was leaking. We called after hours, and owner answered the phone. Technician came out next day, and he showed up on time and replaced the heater. Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway.
