"They came out a couple of weeks ago and cleared the drain. I paid to have it cleared at that time. I noticed it was still stopped up the other day so they came back out and actually used a camera to see what the issue was. It was tree roots that needed to be cut. The service person was very clear that they would not warranty the work if they didn’t use a camera. I did not the first time but because they had to come back a second time, we did run the camera. It was disppoonting that I had to pay twice for the work but he was very clear up front so it is my own fault. The service person was very punctual, professional and very good at explaining what he was going to do and very detailed in the results. I would hire them again. I will just be more thoughtful about what I have done."

He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. "Excellent job!  Purchased an Angie's list super deal of 2 hours of plumbing for $160.  These guys did an amazing job!  Removing my old water softner was complicated; it was full of salt, water, and the emergency drain was missing.  The water softner was in a utility closet, and right outside the closet was carpeting.  When everything was all said and done, you couldn't tell they had even been there.   Actually, you could tell they had been there because they cleaned where water had been leaking from the old water softner onto the concrete floor, fixed some drain lines, secured my water line to the ceiling, and secured an electrical power strip...I didn't even ask them to address those issues.  Couldn't be happier with my experience!  Also, I figured I would be responsible for disposing of my old water softner and I was wrong, they loaded it into their van and disposed of it for me.
