The team memeber that did the install was highly knowledgeable and gave us several options and didn't feel like he was just trying to take advantage of us. Will definitely be recommending maximum plumbing to my friends and family for their plumbing needs in the future"

The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Theyâ re pricey and it took a couple days between waiting for diagnostic appointment then a couple more for the water heater to actually get installed. Josh came for our install, he was quick and friendly. The quality of work is great."

"Originally contacted Plumb Tite on 11/30 to inspect a faulty water heater. They were able to replace the water heater the next day. During the inspection process they noticed that the internal pressure of the incoming line from the street was excessive. They were able to install a water pressure regulator at the same time as the water heater. Was very satisfied with the work done on the water heater and regulator, so I decided to have them replace the main water shut off valve on 12/27 due to it seizing up. Plumb Tite is prompt, professional and their prices are in line with the market."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."
