"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"We are absolutely thrilled by the work that was done by JMJ Landscaping.  They were able to reproduce exactly what we had requested.  We wanted a flagstone patio installed with an organic layout design that complemented the curved lines of our garden.  Since our yard has a downward slope, we asked for a low and sloping stone wall to be built on one edge of the patio and to actually level out a section of the yard so that it could abut the wall and in essence create level ground in the yard.  They finished off by seeding the newly leveled portion of yard and covering it with hay.  They completed the job in a very timely fashion at the price we were quoted.  My husband was very impressed that they obtained Wissahickon schist for the wall to mirror the stone that our house is made of.  The guys were extremely professional and really took pride in their work.  The new patio is absolutely beautiful and looks as if it was part of the original design of the house.  Although it was a little expensive the quality of the workmanship and supplies was well worth it and I have no doubt that this has increased the value of our property.  I would highly recommend JMJ Landscaping.

"Jim and his crew showed up promptly every day and went above and beyond to ensure that the closing on my home went smoothly. During the course of a home inspection, it was discovered that the foundation wall had questionable cracks throughout. Not only did Jim and his team ensure me that the inside of the block was safe but also dug down outside the wall to make sure that there was "nothing else to worry about". Hence, easing my mind of any possible future issues. He acted quickly and professionally describing everything in detail throughout the process.
