"I had an outstanding experience with Manfredia Carpentry & General Contracting, LLC in finishing a basement project. From start to finish, the team was highly professional, communicative and reliable. They consistently showed up on time, kept me informed throughout the project and were proactive in addressing questions and making any necessary adjustments. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations and the final result was a beautiful new living space. "I can’t say enough good things about this company. We hired them to do a kitchen renovation. Both Mitch and Bob did an outstanding job in every aspect. They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. We have hired many contractors over the years and I honestly can say I would not recommend any of them to my friends or family. However, in this case I would be very happy to recommend both Mitch and Bob to any of my friends or family. It gives me piece of mind to know that on my future projects I won’t have to search for a contractor. I’ll know exactly where to go. 5stars"

"A. W. Martin was the general contractor for the project. A. W. Martin's personnel were prompt, professional and performed their work meticulously with high quality. I definitely would use them again."

"The team at RF Home Remodeling did an excellent job in building out my roof deck. They completed everything on time and were extremely professional. Throughout the project they paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure to include my input along the way. I would recommend the group for any major home remodeling project."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"After requesting quotes from sundry contractors for a complete siding redo with fiber cement siding and replacing all windows, I picked WG Siding and Roofing Inc. After speaking with Greg the company owner about his competitive bid and what I was hoping to achieve, his very talented crew[s] proceeded with the work in August. Great workmanship. When I had a specific question, concern or suggestion Greg or his crew chief listened and addressed each satisfactory. I was pleased with the solutions they brought to the work on matters I brought up with Greg during our initial talks. I understood the costs of any extra work arising from initial unseen work and they were fair. I have at least one more project for them to do and we'll get to it soon. I would very much recommend Greg and WG Siding & Roofing to all."

"The majority of the work was done well. During our time working with the company there was a change in leadership and staffing that slowed progress on the job so that it took them around a month to complete the originally contracted job. However, they were dedicated to only using staff who could complete a quality job. The owners were very responsive by phone, and would frequently come out to check on progress. If we expressed unhappiness about some of the work, they would send someone out to fix the job to the best of their ability. Their painting/plastering work was not especially great, we knew that they could not match the color, however, the patches were sloppy which was surprising given their name. I wish they would have used higher quality materials for the fixtures, but the best of Lowe's is what they used. However, we were allowed to select the fixtures ourselves and they would pick up the item. If we wanted higher quality, we would have had to research, purchase, and pick up the fixtures ourselves and they said that they would install the fixtures. After getting many estimates and working with other contractors, we would use and recommend them in the future, especially if they had settled their staffing/leadership issues."

"Mark Snyder at Handy Helpers LLC did a fantastic job on our remodel in Downingtown, PA. I shared my vision with him for the space, and he executed it beautifully. Mark was professional, prompt, and his price was very reasonable. I would hire him again without question and recommend him to friends and family!"

"Hunt General Contracting is very responsive, professional, and communicative. They took care to minimize dust and dings while installing new walls and floors. The old plaster walls and popcorn ceiling looks brand new with their excellent skimming job. The floors were installed without complications. I will be using these guys again in the future for general contracting work.
