They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. "Install went well. ARS is Lowes installer. Picked up my Lowes WH. Strapping was on gas water vent pipe was omitted. ARS installer said he didnâ t have any and the one they cut off was too short and said the roofer that was coming and he had that strapping. Roofer came to reseal the vent pipe and did a nice job but also said he had no strapping. Said he was going to come back to fix it. Day 3. Ow."

"He arrived on schedule - he already know what was wrong with the fridge from the phone conversation, he brought the part with. we pulled he fridge out from the nook it sits in he cleaned under it first and behind it we vacuumed the coils and he under side out as best we could and he disconnected the bad relay and installed the new one.
