"Trey came out to the house on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with our kitchen faucet.  Trey was super nice and professional.  He gave us some helpful tips regarding some of the issues we were experiencing and fixed the problem with the faucet I had been trying to fix for nearly two years.  We are super happy and would certainly recommend Bay Coast Plumbing."

"Upon arrival of the plumber he immediately tried to charge us full price for the installation of a faucet and garbage disposal and allow us to credit the $99 coupon (advertised as 2 hours of labor).  The quoted cost the plumber wanted was close to $500.  We had a new faucet complete with all necessary parts from the manufacturer for installation and we had the same for the garbage disposal.  We had removed the existing faucet and disposal.  I feel like this offer was not in good faith that the Smart Choice was trying to find a way to up charge us.  After discussion of the coupon deal, Smart Choice ultimately did honor the coupon and provide the two hours of labor at the coupon cost.  In my experience, the Angies List coupon offers can be a good deal however, the buyer needs to be aware that they may not be hassle free.

"This company is so courteous, honest, responsive and the work is perfect. Replaced all pipes in the house with PEX, replaced outside faucets, installed new water heater. Left no mess, and any cutting into the wall was made in a very inconspicuous manner, left covered by small plastic plates. The staff are very helpful and respond very quickly. The estimate given was the exact amount with no upsell or added charges."

"Steve arrived on time and was very professional. The work my wife and I had planned took a lot less time than we planned. So, we were scrambling to find things for him to do. He was very helpful in suggesting things that we would not have thought of. He did a good job on fixing plumbing, toilet leaks, etc. The deal was for 2 hours and we used up most of that time. Will use them again.
we used them again later after being very satisfied by the November visit. We had a kitchen faucet link that Steve fixed. He even had to go purchase a part and came back and installed it.  Since the time had not been used up he offered to do things to till the time. I appreciate that.  I have had plumbers charge the whole service call when they left long before the time had expired.
overall excellent work.

"It went well but we had to cut out wallpapered sheetrock to get to the shower faucet part that needed repaired.  Matt definitely knows his plumbing skills!  However, I think the job was overpriced.  $125 service call for a Saturday.

"I love them and have been using their services for 18 years. They have done plumbing, drain cleaning and even installed my hot water heater. They are always professional. They have done nothing but great work for me."

"Everything went as expected from Barry's call back and scheduling to Bill's work. Bill arrived right on time and proceeded to accomplish our list of chores in a very timely manner and very neatly. We had purchased faucets that wouldn't work with our sinks and Bill took care of other things while we went back to Lowe's to get the correct faucets. In the future we will call Kephart Handyman Services for all our handyman needs."

"Outdoor hose faucet (spigot) installation"

"Guys were clean and professional. Wore shoe covers to protect the carpet. Very friend service."

"I've used him every summer for the last 7 years. He's extremely honest and if he can't fix something he will let you know upfront. Everything he's done he is spot on and he goes over all the information with you on everything he's done. If there is a problem with the work he's done, he comes back and promptly fixed it. He is just great overall."
