"We hired Bonsby to inspect a previously backed up sewage line to determine the source of the issue and whether our upstairs neighborâ s unit is responsible, if our pipes are connected, etc. Our service tech Jairo was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his entire assessment (the walls were still open from the restoration work so we could see all of the pipes) he explained which pipe went where, their overlap, how everything worked and took plenty of pics/videos. He also showed me another leak in the pipes and came up with an estimate for all the necessary work on the spot. I canâ t speak to their actual work in fixing the issue but as for an inspection, Iâ m satisfied. Scheduling/rescheduling our appointment was also easy."

"We had a great experience with aqueduct. We were able to get them out on short notice to fix a pipe that had burst on Christmas Eve. We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that!
