"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. I never had a hot water heater water heater issue before therefore i was not familar with pontential problems. Everbody tried to get me to buy something called elements without actually trying to fix my heater. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. I will be using Wallace plumbing for any future needs and I recommend them!"

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. He was honest, fair and quoted a reasonable time and price. The next week plumbers Octavio and associate came and did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing so that I understood what was happening and took great care in not damaging new wooden floors that were put in two weeks prior. They wore mask and gloves because of COV19. Both men were kind and completely all about making me happy. I have not had any issues with what they have done which was replacing all old pipes for new ones. I am Very happy with Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing and will hire them soon to install a new stove and dishwasher."

"It was a completely positive experience in every respect. Gary arrived on time and patiently went through the house to try and diagnose the new and very frequent “ghost” water sounds throughout my house. Checking the area where water sounds could be originating from, Gary located a joint on my sump pump that had a leak and was causing the trap on the pump not to close completely resulting in the water sounds. He replaced the joint and installed a silent trap which is wonderful because the sump pump had gotten so loud over the years that it could be loud enough to keep someone awake! Then, he snaked out my kitchen sink that was backing up and now it’s draining better than ever. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done and why. "This is a great company. Artie and Nick were right on time, provided high quality work. They were very professional and saved me thousands of dollars! My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options. He recommended I go ahead and complete a camera diagnostic and simultaneously have anything in the line descaled. Their descaling machine has a camera attached to it. This process cost $750, but was far less expensive and time consuming than replacing a main sewer line. The end result, verified by camera, a clean sewer line!
