He made sure to install GFIs when he could and make it so that they plugs were covered from the elements. When Mike and Jim were drilling up from the basement, they accidentally made a hole in the floor, they patched it up so that you would not even know it was there. When they security light was not turning off, they came back as soon as possible to get it fixed for me. I cannot recommend Mike enough. His price was highly competitive compared with others in the area. In general, he's a great guy, incredibly professional, and stands by his work."

"Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs."

"We had our bathroom remodeled in January. It needed to be gutted down to the studs, so not a small job. 90 year old house with the typical, small bathroom. Parts of the floor were rotted, questionable electric, broken vent fan and needed everything updated. Some contractors didn't want to be bothered with it. Charles took on the job and was able to work through all of the challenges that you run into in an older home. For instance, 2 walls had 2 layers of drywall. 1 layer was holding in the blown in insulation so he recommended leaving it which we did. Rather than rip the whole floor out, which I thought might be needed, he was able to remove the rotted parts, replace them and go over the whole floor with an additional layer. There is no more bounce to the floor, it's much warmer and everything is solid. We went from an oversized bathtub/shower to a walk in shower which I LOVE! So much easier to clean! Due to the small size of the bathroom, I wanted to install a pocket door instead of a standard inswing door. A couple of contractors wouldn't even quote it for us. Charles was able to frame it in and install it and it is fantastic. No more lost space in a small bathroom just because of the door opening. Everytime something odd was encountered, Charles took the time to go over it with us and gave us multiple options for how to address it. He gave us his opinion but the final decision was ours. I greatly appreciated the advice as his experience has taught him the best ways to address some of the common challenges seen with older properties. The entire job from gut to finish took about 2 weeks. The remodeled bathroom is just as awesome as I had hoped it would be. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Charles. Once a couple of other projects get done, I plan to call him back for another job and I look forward to working with him again. He is very professional, friendly and easy to work with."

"Due to shoddy electrical work in our home since we've been here, a set of 3-way to 4-way to 3-way wall switches were intended to power the light in our front entry hallway. I am not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I understand the concept of this switch arrangement and have successfully replaced a similar switch arrangement elsewhere in our home without any difficulty.
