"Wonderful experience! I called Duane Friday late afternoon when my Water heater wouldn't start. He gave me some pointers over the phone on things to try. The other vendors I called wouldn't even want to try to repair the Water Heater. When nothing worked, I called Prime back for them to come replace the water heater. Duane gave me an approximate cost of $900.00 for replacement, $200 BELOW the others I called. I also used the Angie's List coupon for an additional $25 off. "I dealt with Sears and Home Depot all morning trying to arrange for a same-day install of a new water heater.  Sears didn't have the models in stock that they quoted and the quote at Home Depot kept changing and I was very dissatisfied with the second person I dealt with who seemed to be very slow and lacking in knowledge. "I have used them for two years. They charge me depending on the service. I have paid $300 for normal plumbing issues, like clearing the drain; etc. They are quick to come out. However, if it is a large job, they normally charge twice as much as the other plumbers. So, they are very expensive. I do not think I will use them again in the future. "
