He had come to install a new built in oven and while there checked out the my icemaker which had not worked for somewhile. He immediately found the icemaker was broken and not repairable. I decided to have him placed an order for a new one which arrived and he promptly installed. The correct new icemaker arrived, which he installed, works great. Job well done! "Jason was punctual and professional throughout, from the first visit through the cleanup. He showed up when he said he would. He did what he said he would do. And he really knows tile! He made some suggestions which helped us select a porcelain tile. Then when he was doing the installation, he came up with a beautiful solution to an unexpected challenge. We love the result! He was respectful of our house and careful to avoid damaging or soiling carpets, bathtub, etc. Jason did all the work himself, including pulling out the old carpet, removing the toilet and creating a new edge for the carpet in the adjoining room to ensure a neat transition to our new tile floor. He quoted a reasonable price before he started and that was the price we paid him... No funny business or extra charges. We will definitely call Jason again for any other tile or small home projects he is willing to take on."

"Simpson said the water heater was leaking and replaced it at an extremely high cost. The leak, which was coming from a water pipe leak in the wall right next to the water heater and should have been seen when they were inspecting for the leak because the dry wall was visibly soggy and water logged, was “discovered” after the water heater was installed. It has taken weeks for a competent repair company to dry the walls and floors. While Simpson said the water heater was leaking, it was only five years old and I question whether it really was needed. Too late now to do anything but take their word, but I am suspicious. And I feel their charge for installation was excessive. L"
