"The Construction Zone were excellent. They worked on a project for about two months for us - due to weather it got extended because it was an outside project. We had some issues with some of the wood, so we let the wood weather a little so it didn't shrink as much as it might. He replaced all the boards that had shrunk. We went with the higher grade of wood so that it wouldn't shrink but they couldn't guarantee it. So what he did was laid the boards out in the back yard and let them sit for a couple of weeks, which was fine. After three weeks had gone by I called him and asked him if he could finish it because we had company coming in from out of town, and we really needed the yard for the grandkids. It is done, and we are enjoying it immensely. We did a huge deck and there were some obstacles, but he was willing to work with me and listen to my ideas, and I listened to his and he's built us a beautiful project. We plan on using him again in the future. Johnathan at Construction Zone is a contractor who is well worth going with. It helped a lot that Johnathan wasn't just the salesperson, he was the contractor that did the work. He cleaned up after himself, and he is a perfectionist which I find very important because I have the same quality! That is a quality I look for, that is somebody who cares about his work."
