We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

"Matthew came out and replaced the sump pump. It has never worked. We have called numerous times, texted and left messages to no avail. On many occasions, his phone is out of service. I did actually speak with him and he promised to come out. Never did despite my follow-up calls. Very disappointed. Felt we were ripped off by the cost initially. Found on Angis and were charged $125 for estimate which was never discussed. He did apply to overall charge but that too was overcharged."

They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time."
