"Working with Dave was and still is absolutely awesome. When it comes to prompt service, honesty, knowledge and fixing the issue, Dave helped us out a ton . I had an issue with my Samsung dryer not heating. I first reached out to Samsung directly and was given a very basic trouble shoot over the phone, when that proved unsuccessful, I was given the phone number of 3 service companies. After talking to all 3 call centers (after a nice long hold time) in a very non personal customer service type of way and getting ridiculously high quotes for services calls, I looked into finding a local technician myself. I came across Call Dave Appliance Repair and Im very happy I did. Dave answered after 2 rings of the phone and helped identify the problem, how to fix it and shared a lot of info and knowledge. We scheduled a service call and Dave was prompt, worked fast and was very fairly priced, he also followed up to make sure everything was still working after the service call. I will be calling Dave for any future service issues for appliances. Thanks again Dave."

"My dryer stopped spinning, after I heard a thump.  I figured it was a belt.  Called  ACE appliance repair on Monday after checking reports on Angie's list; gave "John" the make & model # of my dryer, so that the repair person would have the proper belt with him.  .Set up an appt. for today (Wednesday)between 10 am & noon.  At 12:30. when no repair person was here or called. I called the company.  The person I spoke with was apologetic, said the tech was running late, & would be here at 2:00.
At 2:00pm  "Joe " appeared as promised, & promptly replaced the dryer belt
The reports on Angie's list quoted a much lower price, so I was surprised at the fee. $90.00 service call, & &20.00 for the part..  I had to use a credit card as I never keep much cash around.  I'm glad Joe was willing to accept that form of payment. 
It tied up most of my day, & I had to cancel plans, but all is well, & my dryer is now functional.

"I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
