The manufacture their own windows and doors that are of extremely high quality at a very fair price. Don’t let these guys slip through your selection process without giving them a shot. "We give an overall A rating to the management, salesman, job foreman, and the workers, and they deserve an A in each of the sub categories as well. We could not be happier with the product and its installation. I think ProSunroom has been in the business for quite a few years, and based on our experience, they should be around a lot longer. They started the project on schedule, worked everyday until it was completed, cleaned up every day and after the job was done, worked very hard, and pleasantly took time to address any questions or concerns we had. From start to finish this project went just the way you would want I to. They installed a 9 x 12 three season room on our existing deck. This included tying in the roof to our existing garage roof and matching the shingles as well as moving and realigning the gutter. They built two screen/window walls that included a 6 foot glass/screen sliding patio entry door. The rest of the two walls they constructed included complete screening and their own rather unique system of sliding window panels inside the screens that allow for complete openness or that can be completely closed to keep the elements out. The panels do not have glass but have a clear vinyl sheet type window. It looks as clear as day, and we got it tinted to help shade additional sun. The other two walls were our existing patio door to the house and the side of the garage. They did a great job finishing off the inside where the roof they added was tied into the existing house—and they installed the ceiling fan we purchased separately for the new room. It’s December and the off season right now for our three-season room, but we are looking forward to using it extensively come spring—although our cat already likes to spend time out there."

"Excellent service! Requested a patio with two large steps and two sitting walls. Greg did a fantastic job providing options for me and walking me through the steps of the job. In fact, they were very quick to reply and begin work (less than 1 week from first communication to first "shovel"). I am extremely happy with the results. My patio along with the 2 sitting walls looks phenomenal. I get complimented on it all the time and have loved using it for the past year and half. I would highly recommend their work quality and their work ethic and the final product shows their attention to detail! (see attached pictures)"

"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!

"We had a fantastic experience with BKG Design (North Hills Location). Our kitchen designer, Noelle, came up with a great design given the small size of our kitchen that was right in line with our expectations. Throughout the entire process she was there to give design tips and help us create the modern look we were envisioning. Given the age of our previous kitchen we needed a fair amount of work done including demo, electrical, plumbing, and some floor work on top of the new cabinets and countertops. What I loved about Noelle and BKG was there was never any pressure or upselling along the way. All of our options were laid out to us from least expensive to most expensive and any part of the project that we wanted to do ourselves or hire an outside contractor for they were happy to accomodate. We ended up choosing BKG for the entire remodel and I am so happy that we did. Noelle did a fantastic job of project management as the entire remodel fell exactly to plan from both a time and cost perspective. Noelle would check in frequently to make sure we were aware of what was next to come, any upcoming decisions we had to make, and clarify items if there was any potential for confusion. In addition to project management, the install itself went very smoothly and that was thanks to the wonderful installers, Bill and Chris. Given that I work from home I was able to witness their work each day and I have nothing but praise for everything that they did. They showed up on time every single day and did not skip a beat from the moment they walked through the door. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and even go so far as to explain how things are done or provide advice as I like to learn a bit myself. Their knowledge of what they were doing was very apparent and impressive and it shows in the final product. If you want a kitchen remodel that is managed properly, stays true to cost estimates, and has a finished product that aligns with your expectations, look no further.
