"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Mobile Appliance Repair was my choice and I wasn't disappointed except for the fact that I will have to buy a new machine since the bearings are toast and any repair would not be worth it. "I give this company: TWO THUMBS UP! We have a large family and our dryer runs every day/365 days a year. The owner had two workers with him. They were not just punctual, but called to ask could they come early and were here within 10 minutes (as he indicated from the call); as well as, professional and did an excellent job with the service and cleanup. Never knew a dryer vent could hold that much lent! He recommended having the vent cleaned at least once a year and if our usage remained the same, then have it done twice a year. (Thinking we will go with the 2x year just because of our daily, large family loads - 8 people total here) Also, in previous years, we've had another company clean our dryer vent, but they did not use the industrial blower in their service. My husband was never pleased with their services. He is 100% happy with this company."
