Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. I would highly recommend Henry from NH Ross and plan on requesting him in the future!!!"

"Eric and his Installers were so nice and respectful.. they showed up to the job at 8 am (exactly when they said they would) they installed a new Rheen central air system in my house. They did an amazing job especially since the weather was so bad that day. it poured rain all day, but that did not slow them down.. they did not rush or cut corners and the work was done right.. they even took the time to answer all my questions and show me all they did and explain the good and bad of the installation.. they were very clean and did not leave a mess.. very reasonably priced too.
