"Guy Rizzo got back to me right away, came when said he would and fixed the problem-a dirty pilot gas line. The price was very reasonable. Guy is a straightforward, nice, fair guy. "Chris replaced gas water heater, re-plumbed washing machine discharge, replaced all sink water supply valves and hoses in home and apartment. He was completely professional, on time, very good communication and did an excellent job for a fair price. I would definitely use him exclusively and I have already recommended him to others"

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"These guys are fabulous! They arrived on time, took the time to troubleshoot the problem, worked professionally, courteously and neatly! Kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly got me a new water heater installed in less than 3 hours at half the price, half the time and zero problems my friend had 2 months ago! I will sing their praises and will refer them forever! They left me 100% satisfied with their clean up and efficiency! Do not hesitate to use them, they are wonderful!!!"

"Called on a Sunday evening and there was a serviceman at my door by 8 AM Monday morning. Mike, the serviceman, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. "They moved the water pipe and put a new frost free water outlet"

"Abstract repaired a slow leak in a drain pipe within the ceiling of my home. They came to my home and determined the cause of the leak the same day I called. I had a price the following morning and the work done that same day, i.e. within 36 hours of my initial contact the job was completed. The work was done quickly and effectively with due care about collateral damage. Clean up was well done. Joe and Raymond were professional throughout."
