"Horizon delivered exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Our furnace stopped working @ 5am on a Sunday morning. Tech was here at 10 am as promised, found the problem and ordered the part required. Monday was a holiday. Part arrived Tuesday, Horizon called me and same tech returned to install the part and complete the repair. VERY Professional in all aspects. "It went very well. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable, and took the time to explain all alternatives and be sure that all of our questions were answered. The techs showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. When they were done with the installation, they tested everything. They then put back everything they had moved, and walked us through what we need to do to keep the units functioning and how to set the thermostat. They put booties on before they walked across my carpets, and cleaned up everything before they left. And we saved money because we did both units at the same time, and will qualify for a rebate from our power provider. They also replaced some of the ductwork to match it up, and a breaker to match the new requirements, all at the previously agreed-upon price."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time!
