"The technician performed his work. Explained the issue with our furnace and wrote an estimate. We did not repair that day because our home is under warranty as it was recent sale. Once I explained the situation of the home warranty to the technician, he understood the sale/repair would not occur that day. I paid for the service per the advertised price. Done.
