"The installation of the walk-in shower was done in a very timely and professional manner."

"As we got older, our need to make it easier to shower and keep the shower/tub clean and get in/out easier led to a decision to install a shower only. Total Bath systems completed the project in less than a day and it's beautiful . The work was done with precision and looks great."

"Long Baths installed an accessible walk-in shower for my elderly mother and she greatly enjoys it and it is allowed her to stay in the home longer. Chris Reynard was our sales representative and he was great too."

"very good work. Minor mistake with gutter install (seam was not sealed correctly) but returned promptly to correct. Excellent price to value."

"From the initial sales call to the installation their follow-through was 100% perfect. The 2 men who installed the walk in shower were clean and did a fast/perfect installation. I highly recommend his company."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. The whole process was seamless from the time we discussed our remodel plan, scheduled our project, and it was installed, which only took two days! We feel like we have a luxury hotel bathroom thanks to Imagine remodel. We highly recommend them!!"

"Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. It was stressful - the water was coming up fast and they dealt with it quickly. The lead technician was professional and courteous."

"Everything went amazingly. Wayne and crew installed 5 heat/AC units with two compressors in a day! The workmanship quality is top notch, they explained everything start to finish, and units are working great. Just waiting for Joe the Plumber to add electrician, mechanic, and general contractor so we may have them do more work!"

"Ken and his assistant Mike showed last week and did a great job installing two bathroom exhaust fans as well as set up the venting through my attic. They showed up on time, finished a bit earlier than I expected and did great job over all. The fans look great and work exactly as I expected. I also liked that Ken basically told me what parts to buy and what fans he would recommend for our bathrooms which allowed us to pick out and choose which ones we wanted to install. A couple of the other contractors I spoke to basically sold the fans they wanted to install which I wasn't as inclined to do."
