I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."

Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."
