Once the job started, Carlos and Felix arrived on time every day and the work was done well and with care to detail. Carlos also gave suggestions on what would look nice during the job. I purchased a toilet which from reviews online was a tough install that often took an hour+ to install, but Carlos and Felix with a little help from myself installed it in 15 minutes. "Since I live in a co-op building. The management office required the contractor must provide the legal license and commercial insurance. After compared a bunch of construction companies. I selected Quality Renovation NY Inc. The application was approved quickly by office than I expected. Another point I want to mention is the work went swiftly and efficiently. Everything was well organized. I only renovated the kitchen. They isolated the kitchen from other rooms with plastic curtains and covered the carpet in the hallway. I didn't received any complains from my neighbor. The men were always on time, were friendly, and cleaned up every day. The whole process is completed as scheduled. Most importantly, I was very satisfied about the quality. I have to say, Quality Renovation NY Inc is a reliable company. I'll definitely recommended this company to friends and others."

"He was very, very personable. You know what I mean, when you invite someone in your home that you don't know, he's professional. He told me exactly what was going on or what needed to done and I appreciated that. And I don't think he did more of what he's supposed to do, you know, sometimes people come in and say, "Okay, this is what I'll fix but now you've gotta get this fixed as well." I didn't feel that. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"
