Erik completely remodeled our home to our specifications and did not use any sub contractors. He did all of the work himself. We did a kitchen remodel a bathroom remodel, flooring, wall modifications, electrical and paint. To find somebody that produced the high volume of work and the quality made it a great experience. (A real craftsman) My words to Erik upfront were, “ My experiences with contractors ends up being a problem at the close”. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction.
