"It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. He didn't just say, I couldn't get this done, he worked at figuring it out."

"A huge thanks to Net Zero Design. My husband and I purchased a home with the intention of gutting and remodeling to be efficient. We knew we wanted to reduce our carbon footprint, but weâ re not knowledgeable in how to go about doing so. We made the right decision hiring NZD. They helped guide us through each step of the process. Our home is run completely on electricity. We moved in December of 2022, so have experienced a winter. No issues. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
