Omar came very promptly as I recall.  He was very methodical, not just asking what I wanted done, but suggesting a variety of ways things could be accomplished, always noting what would be more or less costly.  I like this.  Choice.  Then he gave a quote.  I ended up deciding to do the above.  He arrived a few days later with a two person crew.  They did everything in one afternoon.  Very professional throughout.  I subsequently called during the winter, when the Christmas lights went out.  His guys showed up an hour later, only to discover that water was getting into the extension cords.  When they shook out the water, the lights worked.  They suggested I wrap the connector end in plastic.  I did, problem solved.  Even though it was pouring rain, freezing cold and night time, they didn't charge and wouldn't take a tip!  I should have forced it on them.  Recently, when I needed some electrical work on an air conditioner that wasn't working, Omar couldn't come, but because he didn't want us to suffer in the heat, he recommended another electrician he calls when he's unavailable.  That guy was also fanastic.  Omar is not only good, he's a class act.  Loyal customer here.

"I am an IT Technician & Manager with 15+ years of experience. Because of this, I contemplated installing my HDTV Outdoor Roof Antenna myself. However, during my planning I soon realized that I was not equipped to tackle this task and I certainly was not able to get up & onto my 30 ft high roof. I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor.com after 10:00 pm on May 17, 2015 and Mr Paul Lynch contacted me the next morning (May 18, 2015) before 8:00 am. One of the things which stood out was... at the side of my home there was a "spaghetti patch of wiring", left over from old DishNetwork, DirectTV, FiOS and Optimum Cable services. Previous technicians would simply "work around" or "add to" this patch of wiring. Mr Paul Lynch "made things right" by removing any old unused wires and kept all of the relevant wires, which he neatly laid out and secured with commercial strength zip ties. He also corrected a problem with the "coaxial wire ground" and reinstalled it properly... all of this at no extra cost. Now I am enjoying FREE OVER THE AIR BROADCASTING (20 HD channels & 35 SD channels), because of my professionally installed HDTV Roof Antenna. I would highly recommend the service of Mr Paul Lynch to any of my family and friends. If you were to hire him, you too would be extremely pleased as I was and still am."
