"I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our appointment was scheduled between 9:30 and 11:30. The technician, Casey, showed up at 9:25, which was great since we had things we wanted to do. He was not only courteous and professional, but an easy going person who was easy to talk to. He immediately started determining what our problem was and was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He determined that it was lint from a poorly placed dryer vent that clogged up the cooling vanes that caused the AC unit to overheat and not work properly. Once he cleaned it, he was able to test the system and found that the freon levels were fine and the system was running properly. He even showed me the gages and explained what the readings meant. He didnâ t try to add anything more to the bill, such as unnecessary freon or additional labor time. He was honest and only charged exactly was was required. Casey is an honorable man, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend him and his company and will only be calling them for my future AC needs."
