The pro was honest and helped me over the phone, despite not needing his services, which was very cool. On his rec, I went to the Depot, bought the same (Insinkerator badger 500) unit for $170ish. Not bad at all. And with a bit more YouTube perusal, a few basic tools and some elbow grease… wouldn’t you know it! Success! In about 90 minutes, I had a new working garbage disposal, a pretty good workout and peace of mind. Would definitely call again when I have a more challenging project. "I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working.  I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and  fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left.  The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.

"Leonid came over on monday and charged me only $45.00 to remove metal that was causing strange noise from dryer.
When we later attempted to use dryer following day, motor would not turn over when power was on. He could not come that afternoon, but came over as promised the next morning and found my wife's anklet stuck in motor compartment. 
Leonid is courteous, friendly, straight-to-the-point, and has tried to keep the cost minimal as he did when was able to partially repair our dishwasher even though we need a new one.

"Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."
