"Been using adams since I moved in 3 years ago. Service has been outstanding, for central air and furnace upkeep. I have always been able to call and speak to a real human being. How nice is that?"

"I needed a hot water replacement fast for a family of 6. Will answered the phone and immediately helped us get the replacement we needed. Will is upfront about pricing and costs and does not push unnecessary or pricey servicing contracts. The customer service is exceptional, we will be using them for our future heating and cooling needs."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"Our central air was not working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and with a newborn baby we could not wait to have it fixed. We called Don and he came immediately to fix the issue and our air was in perfect order within 20 minutes. Don is professional, quick and an asset to our community."

"Adam examined all the options to determine why the air conditioner wasn't working. Other repair service companies had determined a new air conditioner was needed. Before recommending that option Adam examined why the air conditioner wasn't working and fixed it. Thanks Adam I will recommend you to all my neighbors."

"I can’t speak highly enough about the owner. Fair prices and friendly service. I will recommending him to all my friends and family."

"it was very polite and professional. Easy to communicate and he showed caring for the results. I highly recommend his service"

"He is very knowledgeable and thorough and better than your average everyday HVAC service provider."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
