"My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully. The impressive part, he took his sweet time. And the most impressive part was when he presented my total bill! I was about to have a major heart attack when I saw the bill! It wasn’t through the roof bill! Cheap cheap"

"Finken called to sell RO filters for RO system previously installed. They took payment over the phone and stated the filters were paid in full and drop off of the filters would occur. After drop off, invoices were sent requesting additional payment. When calling to discuss the issue, representatives give excuses as to why the original payment 'didn't go through'. They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. They state they take the credit card information at the time of original phone call and store it in their vault. I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "

"The Alpha Mechanical HVAC crew members were top notch. They showed up on time, were tidy, were very kind and worked very hard installing our new boiler. Andy checked on the boiler a few days later and answered our remaining questions. Mike was very good at answering our questions in a timely way and gave us the top bid, not only for price but for service."

"I just recently had a duct cleaning done by a reputable company after moving into another home. The time and manner in which they performed the service was well beyond what I had experienced with Top Dog. So, that is why this complaint is being filed after more than 1 yr. Top Dog advertised (and still do) $99 for 10 ducts and $15 for each additional duct. Also, they said there would be an additional nominal charge for being outside of their normal area. My home had 14 ducts, so the service charge should have been $159; however, they charged $400 plus $30 tax. In addition for the exorbitant bill, only one guy was there for 1 hr, failed to clean several of the ducts, and instead of using a large vacuum hose placed at the furnace plenum and compressed air via the vents, they only used a small brush ad vacuum hose via the vents. Clearly, I received unsatisfactory service (now that I know how it should be done) and was grossly overcharged. Its outrageous that Top Dog has an A+ rating with the BBB. I would never recommend their service and disgusted that they are still in operation."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "Hello Tony, So we had xxxxxxxx come out and the following was discussed: 1. Because of the design of our home with the foyer and existing 2 levels what we “essentially” have is a two zone system. 2. If Countryside removes the zone system and dampeners we will have no heat in our lower level so they advise against that. 3. There was a way to give us a two zone system however because Countryside chose the layout the way they did there is no option to do anything different at this point. Short of a whole new system at the going rate of ~ $7000 (You have been paid $7505. Removing anything will lead us with just what we started with which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. 4. Countryside has provided us a “quote” and a final bill. There is no signed contract, no change order, no email agreement to do any additional work other than the quote and the crossed out “upgrade” that the quote identifies and Tony was told of specifically at the final “pre work” meeting. 5. We are starting drywall 01/28 and Doug and Joanne Hill are considering $7505 (paid) the total amount due. Please note this amount is ~ 20% more than the quoted amount. Again, there is no signed contract, no pre park scope agreement, no change order or any other conversation signaling to the homeowners the cost would be more the the originally quoted amount of $6505. 6. The homeowners also have two quotes that the desired two zone was possible and that due to the design of our home, essentially what we have. Except due to Countryside opting to add zoning system the two zone system can not be re routed any other way. 7. Doug and Joanne Hill has asked for the Owner to contact for over a week, this has been done via the Sales guy Tony, posted on the Complaint/review site, and a Better business Bureau has been filed over a week with No response from countryside. Given that all this has been done we are considering our relationship complete. Doug and joanne hill have paid Countryside in FULL (20% over quoted amount) and 10% over market value for work complete as evidence by report from Center-point home Services. Addendum 8. Doug and joanne previously offered to split the ~3300 upgrade homeowners did not agree to - leaving countryside to absorb 1505 and the homeowners to pay 1505. Given the assessment from xxxxxxxxxx this offer has been withdrawn! I will forward this to the owner and the BBB Done !"
