"It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. He didn't just say, I couldn't get this done, he worked at figuring it out."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

He was trustworthy and he made it very easy for us, picking up the materials, keeping the site clean and making us aware of needed additional upgrades which had been neglected by the builder. He kept us apprised of the project daily and he worked through adverse weather conditions finishing in record time. The entire project was very financially reasonable with great craftsmanship.
