"Chuck and his crew were a pleasure to work with. As with any job, problems arose and changes made and he was pleasant throughout the 8 week process. He coordinated the plumber (job included replacement of plumbing), electrician, tile and glass guys, etc. also getting the necessary permits. He worked with the plumbing supply people when we discovered the wrong faucet had been delivered. He was okay with reusing the medicine cabinet and a vintage ceiling light. Worked around an existing corner cabinet adding wainscoting on the walls. The electricians installed the sconces upside down and Chuck quickly turned them right side up for us. They took out the existing tub, built in a shower stall, tiled with white subway and black accent tiles, installed a shower nook, replaced the window in the shower stall with glass block, redid the floor tile, installed new toilet, sink, towel bars, etc. <br />"

He stayed in contact with us throughout the two month long project. He took a bare stud and concrete gutted basement and turned it back into a great living space. He was flexible as our plans changed. The guy is a true jack of all trades. The project took longer than we wanted, but not all of the delay was the contractor's fault. He was also amenable to our expectations that minor defects be fixed. <br /> We intend to employ him again to work around our home. <br />"
