However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

After he came to check out the job, he scheduled something with us right after the weekend. On the day of the repair he showed up right on time, told us a little bit about what he had to do and went right upstairs to fix the faucet. He did very quick (and great) work, and he even installed a new shower head. He talked to us when it was over, and let us know what our next steps should be and what we might expect for the rest of the repairs. John was very friendly and very professional.
