"It seemed like a straightforward repair/replace tile project but when the broken tiles were removed it was discovered that moisture damage was present. He removed the damaged materials and replaced them and then proceeded to replace the tiles. While he was there he re-grouted the other existing tile to ensure they would not cause future damage. "Adrian fixed the tile shower that had water damage. He is responsive and on time. He did a great job rebuilding some damaged surface and put the tiles back on. The grout he used is very high quality and hopefully will last much longer than the previous grout."

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.
