"I called Airwise after my former HVAC contractor diagnosed my furnace as having a seized oil pump. They quoted me over $1,300 to replace the pump and perform other services necessary to repair my furnace. They installed the furnace less than 3 years ago and this was the second oil pump that supposedly seized. Needless to say, I fired them. When Airwise came to repair my furnace, the tech showed me the pump wasn't seized and stated it looked like it wasn't installed correctly. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called Jim and he stopped by in a couple of hours.Diagnosed compressor needed some parts replaced. Temporarily repaired it so I could use central air. Returned next day with parts and permenatly fixed unit. It's still working fine.
