"I live in Richmond, Staten Island, and my old concrete steps were in terrible condition. The corners were deteriorating badly, pieces were breaking away, and the whole thing was really starting to fall apart. I knew I needed to get it taken care of properly, so I called TriStone Masonry & Restoration. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. The guys removed the old deteriorated step and built me a completely brand-new step from scratch. The workmanship was excellent, everything was finished neatly, and the new step looks completely different from what was there before. The work was completed a couple of months ago and I haven’t had a single problem since. The step still looks great and feels solid and properly built. The whole team was professional, hardworking, and easy to deal with from beginning to end. However the work that I purchased on Angie's List was not completed, see notes below. The purchase on Angie's list was for the following: $95 for an in-depth foundation inspection, crawlspace inspection (Not performed), home water leakage inspection (not performed), and drainage analysis (not performed) used for creating a preventive water leakage plan Includes a diagram of your home with elevations of your foundation (no diagram was provided and no elevations were measured). Comprehensive results and analysis of inspection, including current foundation and drainage conditions (not performed)"

"I was told exactly what had to be done and a price was quoted. they came and dug down and sealed the foundation and put a membrane on and took care of filling the hole and replacing cement in part on patio. very efficient , neat and polite."

The workers informed us that the sill plate on one side of a large crawl space, as well as portions of at least three joists, were rotted and needed replacing before they finished their job. We called Foundation Experts and Nick Jones came out the next day to give us an estimate. We accepted it, and the job was done the next week. As far as we can tell, the work was done properly as well as neatly and promptly. The workers were pleasant to deal with and did a few other small jobs they noticed at no additional charge.

"Did a fantastic job fixing the foundation on one side of my house and installing a 10' outdoor sump pump. He also installed a 'rock garden' and french drain to improve drainage on the side of my house near a retaining wall- it not only works great but looks great too. Most importantly, Antonio was patient will all of my detailed questions, and he did a great job keeping me calm throughout the work. His staff was hard working, but also pleasant and respectful, and did a great job cleaning up when done with what was a messy job. Thank you!"

"The water issue was in a small unfinished corner of the basement after a very heavy rain and only once since we moved in without mold issues- but I decided to get French drains and mold treatment done anyways for the entire basement. Bob gave me a good estimate and then tried matching the lowest estimate I had gotten (his was the second lowest but I decided to go with him). The installation work went smoothly (planning to get the basement refinished soon from one of his contractors who was there for the job so he knows where everything goes back) . Bob Steck was very responsive, funny and thorough. Their team was very professional. Did the work just as promised - no issues with dust and dirt during and after the job).
