"Art came out to snake and camera my main sewer the same day I called. They snaked the sewer and identified a collapsed section with the camera very quickly and talked through what a replacement would cost. My only minor complaint would be they left a little bit of a mess on the basement floor with sewer water, but that is understandable for dealing with the sewer. I would recommend them for any clogged drains or sewer."

It turned out the outside sewer line is frozen so he could to fix it but explained exactly what was going on to my satisfaction. Jim was courteous and explained my problem.
