"By February 2012, less than a year after installation, I begin to have problems. So I called Mt Everest, and they come and fix things here and there, and I don't think much of it because other than the inconvenience of occasionally being too hot, it's not costing me too much money. =) Here are some of the receipts I could find... Mt. Everest - 2/16/12 - $194.12 Mt. Everest - 2/17/12 - $0.00 Mt. Everest - 2/18/12 - $0.00 --new company name-- Tiger - 1/22/13 - $210.00 (Became Club Member) Tiger - 8/16/13 - $0.00 Tiger - 5/16/14 - $0.00 (Waived/Warranty) Fast forward to October 2015, a little over four years after installation, I have a coolant leak somewhere that can't seem to get fixed, and Tiger has to keep recharging my "closed" system... the only difference is now I have to start paying for this service. (I guess Freon is expensive.) I start to panic because my family is undergoing financial hardships, and whatever money I once had went toward the air conditioner I purchased four years earlier. Thankfully, Tiger works with me on this, and I am grateful. However, they warn me that I will need to have the evaporator coils (???) changed out. EEEK! At this point, I am already $10,000 (plus) into this system, it is only four years old, and it is having major problems. Again, I have no money left, so I'm talking to lawyers, because from what I can understand from Tiger, it's a manufacturing defect, and now I have to pay Tiger tons of money (that I don't have) to fix something that shouldn't even be broken yet. (Warrenty still covered parts, but not labor.) Thankfully, Tiger comes through for me and I refrain from possibly taking legal action against manufacturers. On October 23rd, 2015, the coil gets swapped out. The technician thinks there might still be a leak somewhere, but nothing really comes of it. The parts are covered under warranty, Tiger is kind enough to waive the fee for labor. * * * * * The above gives Tiger five stars. I seriously had no money to pay them. I would have had to get a loan from somewhere. ...but... It is now July 18th, 2016, not even a year has passed since the installation of a new coil, and it is 74* in my house... I have the thermostat set at 70*. The temp coming out of the vents is around 68* - according to my meat thermostat. I have called Tiger, and we have an appointment for tomorrow. I fear that Tiger is going to tell me that I will need a recharged -- or new coils -- and I will have to pay them for service with money I still don't have. I'm praying everything still falls under a warranty. Pray for me, you all. I'll come update after my appointment and let you all know how it went. <3"

"Everything went well. Vitt arrived on time the day of installation and began immediately and worked through the next 2.5 days. The installation went well. However, there was a slight vibration in the blower motor at full blower speed so the lead installer came back out after checking with the manufacturer and worked for several more hours until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

in addition to that we had to pay extra for additional vents and mainlines.

I feel like the extras piled up pretty quickly but overall we were satisfied with the job.

"Oh my gosh, Kenan is wonderful. Hands-down the nicest guy I have ever met. He put up with so much. I probably don&#39;t even have enough room to go into what all he endured. First of all, my husband annoys most people, and he wouldn&#39;t leave Kenan alone. He would just stand there and watch Kenan work, chattering on and on about useless things. That was probably the least worst thing that happened. The air conditioning company sent Kenan something with a broken part. They refused to send a new one. For days Kenan called them over and over again, trying to get this part. Nothing worked. The entire time Kenan was dealing with this frustration, my husband called him repeatedly, asking when this part was going to come in, even though it had absolutely nothing to do with Kenan. I tried to stop him, I really did. Finally, Kenan just bought us a brand new air conditioner from his own pocket, and he installed it for FREE. It wasn&#39;t like we didn&#39;t have air conditioner, we had the one that he installed already. But something about it wasn&#39;t good enough for my father-in-law, so Kenan had to order something, and they gave him a broken part. He literally buys us a new air conditioner, and installs it, and what does my father-in-law do? He complains! He declared that his free air conditioner wasn&#39;t the very best, and the very best was only very slightly better. There were a bunch of other little things that happened for no reason. Kenan ended up spending $5,000 on us total. No joke. And he never even complained! He installs our air conditioner beautifully, puts up with my aggravating husband, installs another one for free, and spends $5,000. This man is a Saint! He definitely deserves your business. He will do great work for you. I don&#39;t think anyone else could have done better. Did I mention how fast he was? Oh, and how he always answered the phone when my husband called to pester him? Seriously, if you are on the fence, Kenan is the one you should go with."

"The shingles were delivered as scheduled.  Actual roofing work was delayed for a few days due to weather.  This was expected.  Work, however, began unexpectedly and I arrived home from work after dark noting equipment in my back, fenced (and locked) back yard and a tarps on my roof where shingles had been removed.  Fortunately, my dog was still in yard.  I waited for arrival of sub-contractor the next morning and provided my cell number directly to the boss for future notices. 
I spent much time picking up nails in yard to avoid dog paw injuries (previous dog required animal hospital care subsequent to paw impaled by nail following earlier roofing job).  Minor damages--window screen tear and cracked flower pot--occurred and corrected later.
All in all, I am  very pleased with appearance of roof.  I believe that all installations were completed correctly.  All workers were polite, helpful, and accepting of feedback.  Input I provided the contractor at job completion included enhanced communication with homeowners regarding dates that work is to occur and any other details which could prove helpful to work crew, e.g.is access to outlets needed.  At times I found myself in position of directing the sub-contractor, pointing out aspects that were incongruent with my signed contract with the company.  I, too, pointed out to general contractor that I felt that the work required more frequent review/oversight to avoid the subs need to back-track and "do over".  I will say that each problem/correction noted was remedied at my request."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
